PlayStation Suite voor Android
Sony introduceert PlayStation Suite, een nieuw mobiel gaming platform speciaal voor Android (vanaf versie 2.3); de eerste games volgen later dit jaar.
De PlayStation Suite is een PlayStation Store met games voor Android 2.3-mobieltjes en -tablets. Sony zal als eerste een PlayStation One-emulator en PlayStation One-spellen beschikbaar stellen via PlayStation Suite. Welke Android 2.3-toestellen als eerste PlayStation Suite ondersteunen is nog niet bekend, maar het is zo goed als zeker dat de Sony Ericsson XPERIA Play een van de eerste zal zijn. Aangekondigde PlayStation Suite-titels zijn Cool Boarders 2, Syphon Filter, Rally Cross, Wild Arms, en MediEvil.
Tegelijkertijd met de PlayStation Suite voor Android is de Sony NGP (Next Generation Portable) (PSP2) aangekondigd. Deze gameheld is ook compatibel met de PlayStation Suite.
